who would it be?
There are probably dozens of people alive that would be great to have dinner with, so it’s hard to pick just one.
And the question kind of assumes that this is someone I don’t normally have dinner with, so I can’t answer it with something like, “My husband!”
(I can think of lots of dead people I’d like to have dinner with, but this question excludes those.)
So, I’m gonna go with my online friend Kate, from Venison for Dinner. I’ve known her via the internet for a lot of years, but we’ve never met in real life, sadly.
She’s got a site (linked above), but mainly she’s on Instagram.
Kate lives way out in a very cold part of British Columbia, while I live in the Mid-Atlantic region of the east cost of the United States.
Which means that the odds of us ever meeting up in real life are kind of slim. We couldn’t live much further from each other while still being on the same continent!
But if we ever did get to meet up, I think we would have a really great (and long!) dinner together.
My grandmother that passed away… We could talk for hours, bake together, pray together, laugh together, and shop. I miss her.
